Northcentral Technical College’s Student Nurses Association is inviting students, faculty and staff to wear pink on campus Friday, Oct. 23, and Wednesday, Oct. 28, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, according to the college’s event announcement. The event is listed as all day and taking place “everywhere.”
The association said the effort is intended to raise awareness, encourage early detection and show support for people affected by breast cancer, according to the announcement.
