The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce highlighted Pat’s Body Shop and Auto Sales Inc. during a member visit in Wausau, sharing how the business combines collision repair with community fundraising, according to a Chamber post published Oct. 23.
The Chamber said Pat’s helped raise money this past summer for the Humane Society of Marathon County through the High Falls for Small Paws event. According to the announcement, participants collect donations and then take a tandem skydive from 13,000 feet; the Chamber noted that only people skydive, not animals.
The Chamber’s post also described vehicles moving through Pat’s shop at different stages of repair, and credited the business’s craftsmanship and attention to detail with helping establish its reputation in collision repair. It said the shop’s work helps customers get back on the road while the business also seeks ways to support the community.
The visit was part of Stacy Cole’s Chamber role as Member Engagement & Storytelling Specialist, which includes meeting with members and sharing updates about those visits, the post said. The Chamber listed Cole’s contact number as 715-848-5966.
